Therefore, the Court rejected all the claims of the Plaintiff.

• Agency contract dispute between Shanghai W Ltd,(the Plaintiff) & Germany WS Ltd,(the Defendant)

On behalf of the Plaintiff, she filed a lawsuit against the Defendant, claiming the relevant agency fees after the two parties ceased the 10-year-long contract.

She successfully enabled the Court convinced that the lower price was the real trading Price and the 12% part of the two prices as said should be returned to the Plaintiff.  Therefore, the Court supported the ultimately most claims.
