On 19 May 2017, a team of 11 members led by Mr. Li Fei (vice-president of Yong Tuo Group) visited Guantao Beijing office. Mr. Cui Liguo (Managing Partner of Guantao), Mr. Han Dejing (Founding Partner of Guantao), partners Xiao Hongming, Su Bo, Xu Ling, Chen Zhongye and Zhan Yonghong attended the meeting. They had an in-depth communication about the Belt and Road Initiatives and Going Global Strategy. Federico mentioned that the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will increase the enthusiasm about overseas investment of Chinese enterprises. With a wealth of experience in serving for PRC central enterprises, he hopes it possible to enhance the collaboration with Guantao in the future.
On 10 May 2017, Gary Miller, head of Asian Department, and Charles Wang of Mishcon de Reya LLP visited Guantao Beijing office. They had an in-depth communication with Ms. Wang Yang, director of Beijing Executive Committee and partner of International Corporate and Securities Department, about marketing development, overseas expanding and collaboration between law firms, and comprehensive legal services for high-net-worth clients.
Mishcon, based in London, has a good reputation on new clients developing and partner income creating. Gary lived and worked in Hong Kong for many years. He has his own unique perspective on Chinese legal service market.
