Mr. Zhu graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law (now Northwest University of Political Science and Law) and East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Law respectively.
Mr. Zhu has 20 years of civil and commercial trial experience. During his work in the court, he has undertaken and participated in nearly 1,000 cases, drafted and participated in the formulation of a number of trial guidance, with rich experience in handling difficult and complex commercial cases in the field of contract disputes, real estate and construction disputes, and is familiar with the procedures of the first trial, second trial and retrial.
Mr. Zhu has participated in the drafting of the “Guide for Trial of Construction Engineering Contract Cases”, and has also participated in the writing of books such as “The Complete Book of Chinese Construction Engineering Contract Laws: Interpretation of Terms and Practical Guidelines” and “Guidelines for Adjudication of Engineering Insurance Contracts”, and has provided training courses for central and local state -owned enterprises and real estate companies, such as CLP Construction, Huihong, Vanke, BGG and so on.

Mr. Zhu Jiasai has provided legal services for a number of major difficult and complex cases for large financial institutions, central enterprises, local state -owned enterprises and private enterprise groups, such as PICC Property and Casualty Insurance Company, Huarong Assets, China Construction Bank, China Construction Strait, Industrial Bank, Hutchison Whampoa, Hong Kong Land, China Merchants Group, China Construction Infrastructure, Shanghai Pearl River, Fortune Real Estate, Dahua Real Estate, etc. He has also worked as a lawyer for the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA) and the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA) in the past few years.
