Benjamin Wang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law. Before joining Guantao Law Firm, he worked in a domestic court and two leading Chinese law firms. Benjamin Wang provides legal services in for domestic and foreign technology companies in the fields of big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, network security, mobile internet, financial technology, cloud computing, etc., focusing on network security, data compliance and data competition, helping companies complete financing and deal with other legal issues in the business.

• Providing overall data compliance legal services for a A-share listed company with a large data-based business in China, providing comprehensive solutions for personal data collection and use, data information management protection, privacy protection system construction, data disclosure, data unfair competition, network security and data cross-border transfer, etc. Provided data compliance consulting and legal services for a leading A-share listed company in a certain segment of the domestic medical industry
• As the chief lawyer of the China Chief Data Officer Alliance (CDO), drafted China's first Big Data and Information Security Self-Regulation Standardization Document, which is drafted, published and sign together by the Information Technology and Software Service Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Chief Data Officer Alliance, and the China Big Data Enterprise Alliance. Organized and participated in the establishment and operation of the China Data Sharing Convention Organization and served as the vice chairman. The China Data Sharing Convention Organization was a data sharing platform led by JD, jointly established the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Huawei, ZTE, China Telecom, China Unicom, LeTV, 360 and nearly 100 domestic companies
