Mr. Xue is a partner of Guantao Law Firm at Beijing office. He previously worked in Beijing Jurisino Law Group (aka Beijing Jusers Law Firm) and Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm as an attorney, served as a legal manager of the Legal Affairs Department in Beijing Enlight Media Co., Ltd., and took charge of the Department of Compliance & Legal Affairs as the deputy general manager in Guodu Securities Co., Ltd. and held the concurrent post of a member of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the PRC in the headquarters.

●Since practicing in Guantao Law Firm again, Mr. Xue has been mainly focusing on the industries of finance, securities & fund. Mr. Xue provided legal opinion to a mutual fund management Company for applying for registration of an innovative mutual fund product; Provided comprehensive legal service to a mutual fund management company for a case of asset management business; provided legal opinion to a state-owned commercial factoring company in Jiangsu Province for its receivables asset backed securities; Provided legal service to several local urban construction investment companies for their privately offering corporate bonds to qualified investors; Provided special legal counsel service to a listed company on Gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, including witnessing the general meeting of shareholders and corporate governance; Provide due diligence and other legal service to several insurance companies and insurance asset management companies for their investment business.
●When taking charge of the Department of Compliance & Legal Affairs as the deputy general manager in Guodu Securities Co., Ltd., he assisted the Chief Compliance Officer/the Chief Risk Officer and other leaders to strengthen and perfect the compliance management mechanism of the company, especially focused on mutual fund, specific asset management, bond investment & trading and other main business areas, gave pairing-support to the four subsidiaries, i.e. the alternative investment company , the private fund management company, the overseas financial holding company and the futures company. He took the lead in dealing with legal matters, successfully resolved some risk incidents and legal disputes, helped to recover debts amounted to hundreds of millions of Yuan, and safeguarded the rights and interests of the company.
●When practicing in Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm, Mr. Xue participated in and acted for several civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases and some of these important and complicated cases having nationwide effects，and provided Chinese legal opinions for a Taiwan-funded enterprise on the public offering and the first listing in Taiwan Stock Exchange, and assisted corporate clients to establish and improve rules and regulations and provided other legal risk prevention services.
At that time, he acted as the claimant's attorney for a commercial arbitration over a sales contract amounted nearly 300 million RMB Yuan between an A-share public company in high-end equipment manufacturing industry (the claimant) and an American stock listed company in photovoltaic industry (the respondent) heard by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (aka Shanghai International Arbitration Center), and obtained a judgment in favor of the claimant；meanwhile, he acted as the attorney of the defendant/respondent for a series of disputes over loan and guarantee contracts between a famous investor (the plaintiff/claimant/creditor) and a founder of electrical appliance company (the defendant/respondent/guarantor) heard by Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court and Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and finally achieved a settlement with the other party agreeing to exempt the defendant/respondent from about 90% of the guarantee liability.
●When working in Beijing Enlight Media Co., Ltd. as legal manager, he provided legal support for a number of famous films and pictures in connection with development, production, publicity, distribution, duplication and copyright license, and represented Beijing Enlight Film Co., Ltd. to attend the founding meeting of China Film Copyright Association, which is the only organization of collective management of copyright in the film industry.
●When practicing in Beijing Jurisino Law Group (aka Beijing Jusers Law Firm), Mr. Xue provided regular/special legal counsel services for many well-known enterprises at home and abroad，acted for many civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases and some of which having certain influence，and participated in a number of enterprise restructuring and reorganizing, mergers and acquisitions, securities listing, bank loans, foreign investment and other projects.
At that time, he acted as the plaintiff's attorney for the first litigation of unfair competition in China caused by false publicity due to product placement advertising in a TV drama, and obtained a judgment in favor of the plaintiff. This typical case has been embodied in the book of Selected Judgments of Intellectual Property Cases of Shanghai Court (Chinese- English Edition) (2009-2013) and the book of Selected Intellectual Property Cases (2011-2012), which were both compiled by the Intellectual Property Division of Shanghai High People's Court and published by Intellectual Property Publishing House in 2014，and also has been embodied in the book of Selected Cases of Shanghai Courts in 2014, which was edited in Chief by former vice president of Shanghai High People's Court Mr. Bihua Zou and published by Shanghai People's Publishing House in 2014.
