• In the Shi ×× suit against Wu ×× and Wu ×× for the revocation suit of third party, the case involved the essence of parents transferring a school-district house in their name to their children, and the court ultimately ruled that the transfer of the house was not intended to transfer ownership of the house and the sale contract was void.
• In the Yu ×× suit against Zhu ×× and Li ×× for gift contract dispute, the case involved the behavior of one party gifting a large batch of properties to the other female during the marriage, and the court ruled that the gifted properties were void and should be returned back to the owners.
• In the Yong ×× suit against Yu ×× for the alteration of upbringing right, the case involved the situation that the upbringing right belonged to one party by the agreement of both parties at the time of divorce but after divorce, the other party suited and requested the alteration of the existed upbringing, and though the forensic investigation of multiple sides, the court ruled that the request for the alteration of upbringing right was supported.
• In the Li ×× suit against Li ×× and Sun ×× for the inheriting dispute, the client was ruled the right of more share of heritage through the wills probate and the forensic investigation of multiple sides.
