transnational family wealth design plan and relevant transnational family litigations. She is
appointed as legal professional lecturer by China Family Office Net. She has published three books:
“Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Real Estate Investment Trust in Low-rent Housing”, “The Newest Opinion of Chinese Private Wealth Management” and “Asset Securitization and Its Risk Solution” and also published more than 10 articles.

company listed in Hong Kong whose assets reach over RMB 80 million, cooperating with
offshore trust company and lawyers of UBS, BVI, and Hong Kong;
• Participating in equity transfer invalid case of actual controller of a listed company in Hong Kong whose assets reach over RMB 800 million, assisting local lawyers in filing the case in mainland, Hong Kong, Canada and BVI, and in applying for Injunctions Order, Disclosure Order and Inspection Order in Eastern Caribbean High Court and Hong Kong Court.
• Participating in transnational custody and invitation disputes involving in American, Hong Kong and Chinese mainland, drafting legal opinion regarding Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction under PRC laws.
• Participating in prenuptial property arrangement program for the actual controller of a
company listed in HK whose assets reach over RMB 3 billion, cooperating with lawyers in BVI, HK and Singapore;
• Equity division of actual controller of multilayer share structures involving in 7 companies
whose assets reach over500 million RMB;
