Mr Hu is a Senior Counsel of Guantao’s international investment and trade practice. Mr Hu is a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and an admitted barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Before joining Guantao, he worked at several international law firms and MNCs and he has been focusing on the fields of complicated cross-border transactions, foreign direct investments and corporate restructuring. Furthermore, Mr Hu also has extensive experiences in banking and finance, WTO/international trade, and FCPA compliance.
Mr Hu provides legal services to clients in a variety of industries and sectors, including finance, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, real estate, manufacturing, the Internet, telecommunications, entertainment, education and etc. Mr Hu is particularly good at providing strategic guidance during the transaction process, assisting clients in negotiating and closing deals.
