Lin Xin is currently a partner of GUANTAO (Shanghai) Law Firm, and serves as the director of the Shanghai Bar Association's Education and Sports Business Research Association, the Shanghai Women's Lawyers Association, the Shanghai Women's Federation, and the Shanghai Minhang District People's Congress. Member of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the District People's Congress.
Lin Xin has participated in the drafting and revision of a large number of national and local private education laws, regulations and policies. Since practicing, she has provided perennial legal advisory services, asset management legal services, investment mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance legal services for a number of enterprises and industrial parks. she has extensive experience in real estate litigation, antitrust litigation and other corporate litigation.
